I bought the system but not for £297. It was on offer at about £100. The system consists of about 100 pages and explains how to do this but I doubt if any lay person could put a deal together without experienced or professional help. Dealing with site owners, developers, options and planners is not everyones cup of tea. But dont worry guys, cos the author provides a scheme where you can become an "Associate" and as such you will identify and qualify a potential development site and then Land Projects will do all the negotiating etc for a split of the profits say 80 20 in your favour. This will cost you as an Associate £50 + vat per month. whether you find sites or not. It is possible to find potential sites but as JT above says, these are usually already of interest to the big boys who are not messing about with "options" they have the cash. After a few months I received a further offer from Land Pro. Upgrade my monthly fee to £90 + Vat and they would send me details of a further scheme finding rest homes that were not on the market but might be interested in selling. I dont know how many deals Land pro are successful in putting together but lets face it, if they had 100 Associates all paying between £50 and £90 per month, thats a yearly income of between £60K and £108K. Nice work if you can get it. Make your own minds up.

I bought this (or an earlier version) about 5 years ago and have mixed feelings about this for the following reason.

The information and everything provided is as described but actually managing to make money as suggested is next to impossible.

I have worked in the property industry for several years now and know that most suitable sites have been 'scouted' several times by developers (large and small) and you could spend a year full time 'chasing' 20 different sites and you may get one result, you may get 3 results or more likely you'll have wasted a year!
